PRIVATE PIANO & HARMONY LESSONS
For most consistent results and if within your reach, do consider enrolling in Commercial Music and Audio Production (CMAP) program at the School of Music at Western Carolina University where I have taught full time since 2002. If interested in taking private jazz piano, jazz harmony, jazz composition or contemporary composition lessons, SKYPE is a viable option.
PERFORMING
I’m available as solo jazz pianist, accompanist, or leader of small jazz combo projects (duets, trios, quartets, and quintets). Either original music or jazz and popular standards can be presented to the specific audiences.
COMPOSITION & ARRANGING
I accept commissions in composition. Feel free to contact me directly via email with specific requests.
CLINICS & JUDGING
I have had extensive clinic experiences and presented jazz harmony, improvisation, composition, jazz combo and big band directing, and/or arranging lectures and clinics at many levels, including high schools and universities. I've enjoyed interacting with young upcoming musicians and spreading my musical experiences and wisdom to inspire and motivate future generations of artists.
